What is Curing?

Curing is the phase after paint dries to the touch when it fully hardens and bonds to reach maximum durability. While paint feels dry within hours, curing takes weeks depending on humidity and temperature. Scrubbing or heavily using painted surfaces before curing completes can damage the unhardened film.
